2. Scope of Services
We provide advisory and facilitation services in connection with immigration, residency or
citizenship-by-investment programmes globally. Our role is to guide, assist and coordinate
documentation, applications and compliance processes. We do not guarantee approval of applications
by immigration authorities. The final decision rests with the relevant government body.
3. Your Obligations
- You must provide accurate, complete and current information and documents when requested.
- You must respond promptly to our queries and cooperate fully.
- You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and not to mislead or act
fraudulently.
- You agree to pay all fees and third-party costs as agreed in our engagement letter or invoice.
4. Fees, Payment and Refunds
- Our fee structure will be clearly set out in our engagement letter or invoice.
- Government due diligence, investment, travel and other external costs are separate and payable
by you.
- Payment terms will be defined; if you fail to pay, we may suspend services or terminate the
engagement.
- Our services are consultancy in nature; unless expressly stated, fees paid are non-refundable
once work has commenced, and you understand that application outcomes depend on external
authorities.
5. Changes and Updates
We may amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice. The current version
will always be published on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance
of any changes. You are responsible for reviewing these terms regularly.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and digital downloads, is the property
of Trust Path Immigration and/or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property
laws. You may access and use this content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any reproduction or

non-refundable.

within 15 working days. If the matter remains
unresolved, we may offer mediation or refer to independent arbitration. You agree to attempt
resolution in good faith before pursuing legal proceedings.
14. Severability
If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement will
remain in effect.
15. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire contract between you and Trust Path Immigration relating to
your use of our services and supersedes all prior communications, agreements or understandings
(written or oral).
